She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University, with a specialization in Advanced Clinical Practice, emphasizing Health, Mental Health, and Disabilities. Brooke completed a comprehensive one-year training program at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies and has advanced training through the Seleni Institute in Maternal Mental Health. Brooke adeptly integrates various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Her specialization lies in assisting individuals undergoing life changes, grappling with relationship issues, maternal mental health, and coping with bereavement. By assuming an active listening role and establishing a secure environment, Brooke empowers clients to develop coping strategies, enabling them to regain control over their lives.
